WHAT CBD IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
How do you know what is the right CBD product to buy when your options appear infinite? Among numerous retailers and suppliers, which CBD products are safe? Are there any products completely free of THC?
There are over 100 cannabinoids that can be found in cannabis and CBD is just one of them. Hemp is another plant that also is made up of cannabinoids, mostly CBD. Cannabis and hemp appear nearly identical on the outside, but their internal compositions are very different.
SO WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?
FULL SPECTRUM
Most consumers are searching for Full Spectrum CBD products. These products are hemp-derived and includes a trace amount of THC. THC is a terpene found within hemp and is one of many. You will find trace amounts of THC and other terpenes, but it is not enough to have any psychoactive experience.
VS
CBD ISOLATE
Another CBD product that consumers will search for, but not as often as “Full Spectrum” is a CBD Isolate. A C02 extraction procedure pulls CBD from hemp. THC and terpenes are not apparent in a CBD Isolate. It is exactly as the name says, the CBD is isolated.
PRA OFFERS IT ALL
Pure Relief Apothecary offers full-spectrum CBD products, broad spectrum and isolates, all clearly labeled for ingredients.
Full-spectrum, derived from the whole hemp plant, contains CBD and other phytocannabinoids such as CBN, CBC, CBG and very little THC.
Broad spectrum is further refined to remove more of the plant material, fats and waxes. This insures that the THC level is less than 0.3 percent, to comply with federal law.
Some products contain CBD isolate, which is a purified CBD molecule. Isolates do not contain other phytocannabinoids, like full or broad spectrum products, and have zero THC. Each cannabinoid has different effects on the body, so combining the various cannabinoids can lead to better results. All PRACBD products fall below the 0.3 percent THC limit imposed by law. Even full spectrum products contain less than 0.3 percent THC. None of these products will get you high or cause impairment.
